Refunds & Returns

Sealed-product policy. Because these are laboratory reference materials, returns are accepted only for unopened items with the manufacturer seal intact, in original packaging, reported within 14 days of delivery. Opened or seal-broken items cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons.

Damaged or incorrect orders. If an item arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item or lot, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it or issue a refund at our discretion.

Non-delivery. If tracking shows non-delivery, contact us so we can open a carrier investigation. Resolution follows once the carrier completes its review.

Refund method & timing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or, for alternative payment rails, to an equivalent method) within 5-10 business days of approval. Original shipping is non-refundable except where we shipped in error.

Not eligible. Orders requested for or represented as human or veterinary use, items not in resalable sealed condition, and requests outside the windows above are not eligible for return or refund.

How to start. Use the Contact page with your order number and reason. Do not ship anything back until you receive a return authorization.
